Kashmiri Tantra Massage Weekend with Abhika, Conscious Touch & Presence (UK, Non-Residential)

Join us for a deeply experiential weekend exploring Kashmiri Tantra Massage, conscious touch, and embodied presence with Abhika in East Sussex.

This workshop is designed to help you connect with your body, presence, and energy. You will learn and practice tantra massage, tantric meditation, and mindful movement in a safe, respectful, and non-sexual environment.

During the weekend you will:

• Learn the full Kashmiri Tantra Massage sequence

• Give and receive guided tantra massage sessions

• Practice tantric meditation and mindful movement

• Explore Latihan movement and Tandava dance to enhance presence

• Develop awareness of masculine and feminine energy dynamics

• Engage in exercises to awaken your senses and body awareness

Pair bookings are encouraged to share the experience with a friend, partner, or fellow participant. Solo participants are welcome and thoughtfully paired with same-gender partners.

Anyone seeking embodied awareness, healing, relaxation, and connection through mindful touch. No prior experience is needed.

Friday 6th to Sunday 8th March 2026, Hackhurst Farm, Lower Dicker, Hailsham, East Sussex, UK.

Non-residential. Optional nearby Airbnbs or one on-site studio for 2 people. Commuting daily by car is welcome.

• Solo: £350

• Pair: £300 per person (recommended for full experience)

Full payment secures your spot. Cancellations with 4 or more weeks notice are 50% refundable. Less than 4 weeks notice is non-refundable but replacement attendees are possible.
